Annual Meeting of the Membership

Announcement of the elected board members and routine annual meeting business will be conducted.

As part of the election process, the nominating committee (appointed by the board of directors) has presented the following slate for shareholder considerations for three-year terms: Adrienne Gittens, Scott Klesmer and Audrey Klijian.
