Through June 30, 2026, we’re waiving our gift card fee to save members $4.95 per gift card¹.

For all celebrations and every event in between, our Visa gift card will surely bring a smile to anyone on your list. That means holidays, birthdays, graduations, engagements, work bonuses and more are a perfect reason to give a Visa gift card.

Save time by ordering your cards in advance for pickup in the branch. Complete the form on this page to place an order and select your pick-up location and date. 

Please order cards at least one business day prior to your pick-up date. An Ardent team member will reach out to you for the details of your order. Then, swing by the branch and your gift cards will be ready for you. We are unable to mail gift cards.

Gift cards are active when you receive them. You may set a PIN number by calling 833-729-2843.

Track your balance by registering your gift card

1. Visit visaprepaidprocessing.com/cumoney/gift
2. Click on Need Username in the upper right of the page
3. Follow the prompts to enter your card information

Once your card is registered, you can go online or call 833-729-2843 to check your balance.
