Prizeout Offers

Log into eBanking and select Prizeout Offers from the main menu. Not using eBanking yet? Enroll for free to manage your Ardent accounts 24/7, and don’t forget to download the eBanking mobile app.

Gift cards are available in your Prizeout Wallet and sent to the email address associated with your eBanking profile. Occasionally our emails will find their way into a junk or spam folder or the promotions tab. Please check there first. If you have yet to receive an email from Prizeout, please get in touch with support@prizeout.com for immediate assistance.

View your Prizeout Wallet by clicking on the three lines in the top right corner of the main Prizeout page and selecting My wallet. This Wallet is different than your mobile wallet and will only contain Prizeout purchases. You may also have the opportunity to add the digital gift card from your Prizeout Wallet directly into a brand’s mobile app or digital wallet (Google or Apple Pay).

You can use your Ardent checking account to make Prizeout purchases. You cannot make purchases using other accounts or cards, whether they are with Ardent or not.

Have multiple checking accounts? No problem. Use the dropdown menu on the main Prizeout page to select which checking account you prefer to use.

You can access your previously purchased gift cards either through email confirmation or through your Prizeout Wallet, which is accessible in the menu of the Prizeout marketplace. In your Prizeout Wallet, you'll be able to view all your previously purchased cards in one place.

To access your Prizeout Wallet:

1. Log into eBanking and select Prizeout Offers from the menu.
2. In the top right corner of the page, click the three stacked lines (next to the Prizeout and Ardent logos).
3. Select My Wallet from the menu that appears.

If you no longer have access to the email account on file, please update your email address in your eBanking profile. Once updated, please reach out to support@prizeout.com to confirm the change and have the previous cards sent to your new email address.

You can visit the Prizeout Help Center for detailed instructions on most cards. Otherwise, please contact the Prizeout support team at support@prizeout.com. Brand websites can have different methods of accepting gift cards, and the support team is happy to help if there are any issues.

Prizeout only offers digital gift card purchases. But you may print the gift card claim page once you purchase a gift card.

Typically gift cards cannot be canceled or exchanged. However, you can reach out to Prizeout support for guidance at support@prizeout.com for assistance with the card in question.

If you can locate the original email from when you received the gift card, click on the link to reclaim your card. Alternatively, if you have created a Prizeout account, you can view and access any of your cards there. If you cannot find the original email, reach out to support@prizeout.com for assistance.

With certain email accounts, gift card emails can be placed on one thread. This can especially be an issue with Gmail accounts. Please check the inbox where the gift card was sent to see if your emails are tethered together. If you have confirmed this is not the issue, please contact support@prizeout.com to have the gift card resent as quickly as possible.

Prizeout personalizes the selection to provide the best bonus offers for all users. The options may change depending on a variety of factors, including previous purchase history, location and more.

For security reasons, purchases with a high dollar amount or a high transaction volume may be placed in a pending status to allow for a manual review. Please allow one business day for the review. You will receive a notification when the review is complete.

Please note: Expiration policies are dictated by the specific Gift Card's retailer.

Federal Law dictates Gift Cards are not permitted to expire within a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase. To get more information regarding the specific Gift Card, we recommend reaching out to the brand’s support team.
