About our speaker:
Mark Sofio is the head brewer at Crowded Castle Brewing Company (CCBC).  He and the other brewers at CCBC began home brewing together back in 2011.  The group then decided to venture into opening up the brewery and taproom in Phoenixville.  Mark, as the lead brewer and primary recipe writer, has brewed roughly 35 different beers since CCBC opened back in May 2016.  Crowded Castle brews a variety of beers, from traditional pilsners to more experimental beers, such as the tangerine porter.  Using only the freshest ingredients and buying local when possible, CCBC takes pride in the quality of their beer.
